Being able to access information outside of the law office is as simple as clicking the dDIARY on the Web URL address, then logging in and viewing the events at any point in time or adding new event(s).  The could be at home, at court, with a client or traveling to an appointment. You can check and update your schedule anywhere.

dSETTLE HUD-1A For the preparation and printing of the HUD-1A RESPA Settlement Statement form for transactions without Sellers.  This is the one-sided HUD form.  Print Preview provides the ability to review the form without printing.  All calculations are automatic.
dESCROW The Initial Escrow Account Disclosure Statement shows the escrow payment amounts and month due for the 12 months following the Real Estate Closing.  The software also provides the Starting Balance which is used to determine the Aggregate Escrow Adjustment amount.
UCC 1 & 3 Software for the preparation and printing of the National UCC Financing Statement forms UCC1, UCC1Addendum, UCC3 Amendment and UCC3 Amendment Addendum in accordance with the Revised Article 9.  
dPROOF This Software is designed to make the preparation and printing of the USBC Proof of Claim form B10 be as smooth as possible.  Repetitive keying of information such as the USBC District and Region and the Creditor information need only be entered one time.  Thereafter, it is saved and can be used on any  other POC by merely clicking on the desired name and it is placed on the POC being prepared.  The POC itself, can be saved and recalled for editing as information becomes available.
