HUD-1A Data Entry Screen Tabs

HUD-1A Borrower/LenderSett'ment Agent tab.  If this is a new Closing, enter the Closing File Number.  You must have a unique entry in order to save the Closing Information. The screen to the left is in the Add/Edit mode. Enter Name(s) and Address(es) for up to four Borrowers; the Lender Name and Address, Settlement Agent, and property location.  The Loan amount is entered on the 1600 fields to the lower left of the screen.  There is space for two loan amounts if the Lender requires the amounts be entered separately.

HUD-1A Disbursements to others.  This can accommodate up to 15 disbursements.  There are 2 fields for description/purpose of the disbursement and an amount field to the right.  The total amount is automatically transferred to line 1603.

HUD-1A L. Settlement Charges - Lines 800 for ITEMS PAYABLE IN CONNECTION WITH LOAN.  This and the following 3 TABs are identical with one exception to the HUD-1 Page 2.  That being there is no Seller amount column.  The Loan Amount is entered on the first TAB and displayed on Line 801.  Lines 808 through 815 can have a description entered as well as the payee name.

HUD-1A L. Settlement Charges - Lines 900 - 1000.  The 900 ITEMS REQUIRED BY LENDER TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE includes the 901 Interest calculation which can be set to start with the experation of the recission period.

HUD-1A L. Settlement Charges - Lines 1100.  The 1100 TITLE CHARGES is a straight forward entry form.  A running total for Line 1400 is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

HUD-1A L. Settlement Charges - Lines 1200 - 1300; 1400.  The 1200. GOVERNMENT RECORDING AND TRANSFER CHARGES and   1300. ADDITIONAL SETTLEMENT CHARGES complete the input process.

Click the Cancel or Save button at the bottom of the form.

You can click the Print bottom for a Print Preview or output to your printer.
