latest release of dSETTLE Software for HUD-1 preparation and
printing. You can now create a single HUD-1 PDF file within the
program which contains both the HUD-1 Front and Back pages. This is
ideal for e-mailing to banks and lending institutions and other parties in
the Closing who may have need for a copy. No external software is
required. And it eliminates the need to fax.
You can print at the Closing a B, C, & State copy of the 1099S for Tax Year 2006 . Samples of both the 1099S and HUD-1 PDF file can be viewed below. NOTE: you will need either the full Adobe or Adobe Reader to view these. The HUD-1 Software has been updated for Tax Year 2006 1099S reporting. Lines 801 and 802 will now accept up to a 40 character description such as the Lending Institution. Line 703 can have the Line 701 Deposit Held by name automatically transferred and Lines 902 through 905 will accept month or yearly amounts. On Lines 1201 through 1204 you can specify a percentage amount split between Borrower and Seller. Some of the additional features of dSETTLE HUD-1 are a QUICKEN interface for automatic check writing and a Disbursement Report. |

purchase we will file electronically to the IRS your 2006 1099S Closing
Report at no additional cost. 1099S Electronic Reporting is mandatory when reporting more than 249 Closings. However, it can be used to report as few as one Closing. But more important, when you report electronically, you can verify within 24 to 48 hours after the transmission that your 1099S Closing Report was accepted. You have until March 31, 2007 to report your 2006 1099S Closings electronically. See the Tax Year 2005 Status Report. |
