INITIAL ESCROW ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
This Software will print the Escrow Disclosure Statement after you supply the Lender and Borrower Names and Addresses together with the information needed for the calculations. The Lender Name and Address is entered once on the middle TAB. It can then be re-used as many times as needed.
The Disclosure Statement can be previewed on-screen or sent to a printer. There is an add-on option to print a the Disclosure Statement to a PDF file for e-mailing.

When the program is started the 3 TAB
screen on the left is displayed. The Welcome TAB also contains the
Close button at the bottom of the screen.

Click the Center TAB to display the
Lenders screen as seen to the left. You can enter one Lender or as
many as needed. Click the Add button at the bottom to display
a blank screen, then fill in the fields. When the Add button is
clicked all current buttons at the bottom are disabled and a Save and
Cancel button appear. When finished, click the Save or Cancel
buttons to return to the normal mode buttons.

The Borrower's TAB is the sole entry point
of the Software. You can Add the information necessary to
calculate the Escrow Statement or Edit previously entered
data. You enter the Closing and First Payment Dates as well as the
Principal Payment amount. Then click the Edit Dispersals button in
the lower right of the TAB. Fig. 5 below shows a completed
Dispersals listing. When this is complete and the dates and payment
amount have been entered you can run a Print Preview to view the Escrow
Disclosure Statement. Fig. 7 & 8 below show the Initial Escrow
Account Disclosure Statement. This sample is available in PDF format
at the end of this page for your review. You will need Adobe Reader
(a free download) or the full Adobe to view it.

This is the Escrow Account Payment Detail
screen. When you click on the Payment Month a pull down list of
months in the year is displayed. Just click the correct one.
Enter the Description and Dispersal Amount. The calculation is
updated at entries are made.
