The First TAB contains the Creditor name, notice contact and
address, Debtor name and USBC Case number. The Creditor
information is entered on a separate screen and accessed by clicking the
'CREDITOR' button bar to right of the Creditor Name field.. The USBC District and Region names are entered one time. They can be viewed in either the Add or Edit modes by clicking the black Down Arrow to the immediate right of the displayed name

The Second TAB contains fields for Items 1 through 4 on form B10. Item 4 is the total Claim amount at case filing. |

The Third TAB further defines each type of Claim. |

When the Search button is clicked this matrix showing the Debtor Last Name and USBC Case # is displayed. When you highlight the name and press Enter, that POC is displayed. |
